Well- we are FINALLY back to a decent sized production/harvest this week. We moved the farm home the very end of last year so it’s taken all this time to come full circle to experiencing the darkest days of the year here. We ended up adding a heater to greenhouse 1, 2 weeks ago, and it seems to be giving just the right amount of boost for the plants to do their thing! It’s been painful- and majorly bank account draining this season with loss of the majority of our restaurant orders (which was the base of our sales.), also issues with shipping for our local suppliers of soil and stock issues with seed suppliers, but we are in it for the long haul And are so grateful you’ve stuck around!
